  1. Select a bike and complete the online application.
  2. When your bike is built and ready to pick up, pay a refundable deposit.
  3. Your subscription starts when you pick up your bike from us. 
  4. You are billed monthly, starting 30 days after you pick up your bike.
  5. Insurance, maintenance and repairs are all covered while you have the bike. 
  6. Swap bikes or cancel any time after your two month trial period.
  7. When you’re ready to buy your Friiway bike or a new bike, a portion of your subscription payment can be used towards a purchase.

Who is it for?

  • You might have to carry your bike up a few stairs or squeeze it into a small space to store it inside at home or the office. 
  • Your commuting, errands or daily riding doesn't require a child seat.
  • You're more comfortable on bikes that you can easily step over.
  • You're going to share this bike with your partner and want something that can be quickly adjusted to fit multiple body sizes.
