Can I test ride before I subscribe?

Absolutely! In fact, we strongly encourage it. Book a test ride by finding a shop in your location.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Send an email to hello@friiway.com for instructions on how to cancel your subscription and return your bike to your shop.

Can I use a Friiway Subscription for delivery?

Unfortunately, using a Friiway bike for deliveries (e.g. Uber Eats, Doordash, etc) is not permitted.

Can I change bikes mid subscription?

Yes! You can swap to a different bike as long as it is available for subscription at your Friiway retailer.

What are my purchase options?

Most Friiway subscribers are trying before they buy. For these customers, shops offer the ability 1) apply a portion of your subscription payments towards the purchase of a new bike, or 2) towards the bike you are currently riding. Program details vary by shop.
