Refunds

Orders are fully refundable prior to the approval of your order and the preparation of your bike. If the order is cancelled after your bike is prepared, we will refund your order less a one time set up fee of $29. 

Cancellation

After your minimum term expires you can cancel at anytime. To cancel your subscription, contact your shop or send us an email at hello@friiway.com.
